   • No, you will not need to change your login credentials. We're working to ensure a seamless transition, allowing you to continue accessing DietBet with your current login.
3. Do I need to download a new app after the migration to Appex?
   • Not at all! Your current DietBet app will handle the update smoothly. You’ll be able to continue using it just as you do now.
4. Is there any action required from my side for the transition?
   • Nope, nothing at all! We're making sure this transition is completely seamless, so you can continue to focus on your goals!

6. Will my current DietBet games continue without interruption after migrating?

9. Will the migration affect the way I set or submit my weigh-ins?
   • Good news! Your weigh-ins will remain unchanged. You can keep doing your thing, no adjustments needed. We’re keeping things smooth and simple! 
10. Are there new features or benefits coming to DietBet as a result of the sale?
    • Yes! We're confident the move to Appex will bring positive changes to enhance your weight loss journey. We're committed to making DietBet the best possible experience for you!

Points and Rewards

11. What happens to my WayBetter points after migrating to Appex?
    • Your points are safe and sound! If you were both a WayBetter and DietBet player and had existing points, they may have been split. You can access your full balance of points between WayBetter and DietBet. 
12. Can I still redeem my DietBet points as before?
    • Yes! You can still redeem your DietBet points just as you always have. You can get a PayPal payout, or you can use them to stay in the action with our awesome games. We've got some new challenges you might love! Check them out here!
13. Are my DietBet Membership perks still valid under Appex ownership?
    • Yes, there are no changes to your current membership and the features remain the same. You can learn more about the perks of membership here! 
14. Will my DietBet points balance remain the same after the migration?
    • It depends on your WayBetter account activity. If you only played in DietBet games, then yes! If you played any WayBetter app games your points may have been split. You can check your balances in each app to find out. 
15. Will points or rewards be transferable between DietBet and other Appex-owned apps, like StepBet?
    • No, each Appex app, like DietBet and StepBet, will have their own Points. You'll have separate, unique experiences in each. 

Payments and Payouts

16. Are payout processes changing after the migration?
    • No, the payout process will remain the same. The difference you will see is that payouts will be coming from Fitness AI moving forward. 
17. Will my payout history transfer over seamlessly?
    • Yes, we worked hard to ensure a smooth process. Your current games, points, past games, etc. will remain intact! We’ve made this easy peasy! 
18. Does this transition impact how quickly I receive winnings after a game ends?
    • No delays! You worked hard for those winnings so payouts will continue to be paid out within 7 days!
19. Will you continue supporting PayPal for cash-outs under Appex?
    • Yes, payouts will be paid out by PayPal! Instead of WayBetter, you will now see payouts from Fitness AI. 
20. Are there new payment methods available now (e.g., Stripe)?
    • Not immediately, but yes, new payout methods will be rolled out soon! We’ll let you know when this update will be made.
